Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for applying drywall, paint, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of residential remodeling projects. You will work closely with the remodeling team to ensure a high- quality, professional finish on all projects, ensuring that every surface is properly prepared, painted, and meets BRYJO specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Replace/install drywall, tape, bed, and textures
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces.
- Ensure that all work meets company standards for quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a painter and drywaller, particularly in residential remodeling.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

Residential Remodeling Tile Setter
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Residential Tile Setter to join our subcontracting team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing tile on floors, walls, and other surfaces in residential remodeling projects. You will work closely with our remodeling team to ensure that all tile installations are precise, visually appealing, and completed according to BRYJO specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tile setting, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specified spaces and patterns.
- Apply adhesive and mortar to surfaces, ensuring proper bonding and alignment.
- Install tiles on floors, walls, backsplashes, and other surfaces with accuracy.
- Capable of building out shower stalls and tub surrounds a must
- Ensure all tiles are level, spaced properly, and have clean grout lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a tile setter, preferably in residential remodeling.

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Carpenter’s Helper to support our team in completing residential remodeling projects. This role requires a variety of general construction and maintenance tasks, including carpentry assistance, minor plumbing and electrical work, and overall site upkeep. The Carpenter’s Helper will assist with both rough and finish carpentry, perform general maintenance, and contribute to various other tasks on a wide range of home improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- General Cleaning & Demolition: Assist with site cleanup, including debris removal and prepping work areas for new construction.
- Gutter Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine gutter cleaning and ensure proper water flow.
- Caulking & Sealing: Apply caulk and sealant around windows, doors, and other surfaces to ensure a weather-tight seal.
- Weatherproofing: Assist in sealing gaps and cracks, ensuring the home is weather-resistant.
- Minor Concrete & Masonry Work: Assist with basic concrete and masonry work including pouring and smoothing concrete.
- Routine Maintenance & Inspections: Perform general maintenance tasks and assist with inspections to identify potential issues.
- Appliance Installation & Repair: Help with the installation, repair, and maintenance of appliances.
- Assembly & Installation of Shelving & Storage Solutions: Support in the assembly and installation of shelving units, cabinets, and storage solutions.
