Initial Consultation

BRYJO believes in building relationships through a highly communicative and friendly process. We want to make sure this can be cultivated as we progress through the remodeling process. In the initial consultation phase, we encourage homeowner input as we discuss the project and its associated recommended scope.

We will draft a budget based on the initial ideas and ensuing discussion.

Design Phase

Itemized Estimate

Based on the design, an itemized estimate will be submitted for your review. Once the estimate is provided, a second meeting may be beneficial depending on the scope of the work. Once the estimate is finalized, a contract is signed, and the scheduling process begins.

Safety is also a critical element with each BRYJO project. Proper permits are pulled and all work meets or exceeds code requirements to ensure homeowner safety and security.

Material Selection

We want nothing but the best for our clients and that is why the materials selected are critical to the remodeling process. We consult with our clients in making the right material selections because staying within budget is paramount in today’s remodeling projects. BRYJO also works with only the most reliable, high-quality products in relation a client’s lifestyle and preferences

Project Management

Our home remodeling experience has enabled us to develop a proficient and organized way to schedule and facilitate projects. We maintain a safe and clean worksite environment, and our flexibility allows us to work with your schedule to accommodate your valuable time. We continually update our clients on the status of each individual job as it progresses throughout the remodeling project.
